Tired of the drag racing? Maybe the constant red light running? Well the City now accepts reports of non-emergency traffic conditions, such as:

• drag racing
• trucks chronically using residential streets
• chronic running of red lights.

This may be a loop hole that would allow for a full red light at channel avenue – instead of a flashing yellow. – it may even end the racing and burn outs at the Point.
