Line up at 10:30 at Whitney and Gerritsen – Step off at 11:00am
Caitlin Sarubbi will be this years honoree. Kiddie Beach likes to honor people that exemplify our community spirit. This year Caitlin Sarubbi couldn’t be more deserving. Caitlin for those of you who don’t know her, she was born with Ablepharon Macrostomia which left her visually impaired and with other facial deformities. Since then she has been accepted to Harvard University and competed in the 2010 Paralympics in Vancouver, BC for her skiing.

Cutting off news to the outside is ludicrous! So many of us who live elsewhere but were raised in GB still have ties there and reading about the neighborhood helps us with conversations with our aging parents and other family members.
