A summons is a badge of honor , A night in jail is a right of passage . all of the really bad ones have gone thought this time and time again . If you think that telling these people that your calling the police will frighten them your wrong . I'm not saying don't call the police or that they don't do anything , I'm saying they're only part of the answer . Then they can't deny and the police have proof .Of course i realize not every block will have them but aster court would be a great place to start.
