The dog was last seen in front of michael's bakery located on nostrand ave and ave R on friday march 19th at 10:00 am. A witness states that she seen two kids put a homemade leash around his neck and continued to walk down ave R towards marine park. I have put flyers all around and contact vets and animal care no one has seen him since. He weighs only 15 Lbs and is about 22 inches tall answers to Harley if you see him please let me know. A witness states that she seen two kids put a homemade leash around his neck and continued to walk down ave R towards marine park.

I have put flyers all around and contact vets and animal care no one has seen him since.

He weighs only 15 Lbs and is about 22 inches tall answers to Harley if you see him please let me know.

Due to the storm her gate had broke, and her dog ran out. she was a nervous wreck looking for the dog. If your in that situation again, try going thru a non profit. They often have vets that work with them to keep costs down. Maybe they would agree to be a drop off point, and if they will maybe Danny could put something up here and we could make a collection. I know that most people are appalled by the situation, once they are aware of it and would donate food, toys, and old clean towels, blankets etc. You can also, if you have the time go to the shelters and take dogs for walks. They are so happy to get out of the cage for a while. If anyone has the time or inclination, you can also write to City Council or other elected officials about the pitiful situation for abandoned animals. Their budgets are cut by hundreds of thousands, it's not millions, it's not unsurmounable for the city to restore their budget, which was already not that great. My son recently had a cat follow him home from Dr. Johns park. I took it to the vet & after 1,ooo $ in bills I had to put him down becuase he was to sick. People dump there pets at the fields because they can't afford the vet bills or they relocate and so on. The cat my son came home with was declawed & newtered, so hee was dumped. Pickups could be made when the items start to build up and be delivered to shelters that could really use the items... I'd be happy to donate some time.
