I guess if he had shot a cop and maybe one of the kids standing around the headline would have been different. I am sorry for his parents but that does not make him innocent. The cop was told he had a gun. Was the cop supposed to wait for the first shot to knew if the gun was real? I don't think so.

Whatever this young man did was wrong we know, but I think he was crying out for help. To go to a store and buy a fake orange gun and paint it silver to look real, George must hav had a plan in mind. By waving a gun out in public and in front of cops was his way of saying please end my life. He was ending his life the only way he could think of. If he only talked to someone maybe this could have been avoided. Maybe he had problems with drugs or mental illness but he was stiill way too young to die. My prays to the family who must now bury a child.

This picture should be taken down. FYI George isn't this monster that everybody is portraying him to be. He was a kind hearted, good spirited young man. I knew him for many years and I'm not saying he was an angel, but for the most part he was one of the realest people I have ever met in my life time. As for G.B. you should be looking into your kids activites because 9/10 of the kids down there are pot smoking,beer drinking, xanex popping losers. I use to live in G.B. I know what the situation is down there. My prayers go out to George, his family, his friends and as well for the officer who was involved.

George was a great KID who went to church every sunday and helped old women cross the street he was honest and big hearted he would give you the shirt off his back he had problems but he JUST turned his life around and was headed in the right direction…Come on how many times do we hear this …maybe if everyone didn't live in this fantasy world George would be alive today…George was a MAN with problems and we should all learn from george not to ignore the problems of friends and family members. why are you leaving posts on a website at 5:46 in the morning? And why are you publishing peoples names that have no bearing on the death of this young man. If you want to reach out to those kids and try to give them some guidance so be it, but to put there names out there and say there fate will be the same isn't very responsible.
