It looks like the lim of the tree is cracked. You could see it in the 1st picture.
The parks dept should be looking into this.

Another case where the Parks Dept. is no where to be found. The burned up vehicle behind Seba Park has been reported to them since last June – their response – we don't have the equipment. Is Gerritsen Ave. going to start looking like it did 20 years ago? Let's go Parks – do something.
