I just need someone to pick it up ASAP. Please let me know if there is any interest and I can provide a picture. We do need to make a huge stink about this! We have had this problem numerous times, THE HYDRANTS NEED TO BE DRAINED AND MAINTAINED!!! Maybe the vollies need a pump if they do not have one and in the fall the hydrants should be drained, and checked cause obviously the city aint gonna do it.
