Back in September I sent him an email which he acknowledged receiving by requesting my address and phone number but never replied to. I sent it to him again and left him messages on here indicating that he never replied to me. His answer on here was to resend it. Wouldn't you (or your staff) go through every one of your emails to find one from someone named Kate? I have subsequently sent him 3 emails and still nothing - not even acknowledgement.
