Usually when you do any construction… you usually get a dumpster but hey! why get one of those pesky things when you can just dump right into the creek?

Well WRONG. Although its not one of the new ones put in, that bulkhead is in decent shape and the cement actually does massive amounts of damage to the water.

I assume someone in the area actually saw the dumping occur… have they reported who did it to DOT, DEC, etc.?

This is becoming more and more of a problem. These people need to know it is not ok with the rest of the Gerritsen residence. We fish, swim and some of us eat from this water.
While walking the other day I watched a longtime gerritsen resident emptying his truck fluids in a storm drain. We had a small argument then he left.
PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR WATER FOR YOUR DUMPING.

Report it to DEC/DEP as an illegal spill/discharge. Can’t get things cleaned up without contacting someone.

who ever it is they are now dumping concrete intro the water at beijue and ebony because the dockside cafe is no longer . also their have started dumping in the tamaqua parking lot nex to the old dockside cafe. and the owners of the tamaqua have seen who is doing this watch out the problem will be solved.
