Communities that have requested and received more often than not then rquest them to be removed. Don't have a solution other than people acting better. I walk my dogs & can hardly cross the street. It is a rare occasion when I see a patrol car drive all the way down to the point. Apparently we do not have a police car or even an auxillary going down the Avenue at night because if we did this could not go on as often as it does, weekend nights are the worst. It is constant !
