Bagel Store Painted Away Whats to Come?

DSC_4200

We last left you off with the Bagel store signs being taken down, Recently, over the past week months the old bagel store has been going under some renovations to become another bagel store/deli. They repainted the side wall a solid red.

Whatever it will turn out to be we wish them luck and hopefully they will advertise!

I think they will be opening very soon. I saw one of the guys that used to work there before it went down the tubes

I saw two girls washing down racks on the sidewalk a couple of weeks ago. I seriously hope they put more thought into hygene that that! I heard that the original owner is getting involved again and that Big Pete will work a couple of days a week. They don’t need to fix the inside. They need to fix the management. The old store was quaint and charming. It was the people in charge who screwed it up. I miss the convenience. I do not miss the drama or the BS. Closing at 1 in the afternoon, not opening until 10 in the morning. I hope someone took small business management classes or this one is going to tank too!

Would love a nice place to eat, not necessarily seafood but just plain good food would

have to occupy more than one little store, big enough to make it roomy. With all the

empty stores on the Avenue that should not be a problem.. Remember the Chimes ,

something like that with a nice atmosphere, that would be very nice.
