You called Green Streets a great idea but when confronted with problems that needed addressing no answers were given. Yes the idea of plants and shrubs would beautify the area but is not a safe idea, other options were offered but since they do not make the area cosmetically appealing they will never be put into effect. Politicos in the area only look for things they can take a photo in front of. A traffic light or stop sign are not very photogenic. Now for you lesson, The First Amendment allows me my opinion as well as posting it on this website. Class dismissed GB keep doing what you are doing. If this neighborhood every had to be evacuated in the case of a Storm, Flood, fires etc how in the hell would approx 1000 cars with us in them traveling out of the beach and large numbers of emergency vehicles trying to get in the beach be able to go any place it would be one very BIG traffic Jam and I for one did not want to see that happen because of one lane in each direction????????? That is what green streets would have left us with ! OH stop it green streets was dangerous !
