Yuck, the awning over Tracey Real Estate has been destroyed.

    It may be like that for a while, I doubt the current real estate market supports fixing a sign like that, they can be expensive.

    It certainly is prudent to fix that sign and as soon as possible. If I was looking for real estate in the neighborhood, I don’t think I would enter a establishment that looked as unattractive as that. It would speak volumes about the qualifications of its owner :-(

    Mr. & Mrs. Tracey have been around Brooklyn for a long time and I doubt they will hesitate to make cosmetic repairs. If the sign is covered by insurance, that may take a while. We all know what insurance companies are like.

      Mr & Mrs Tracey passed away a long time ago. They were fantastic people. There son Bob is a snob that looks down at GB.

        I was referring to Ann & Bob Tracey. They are the only ones I met when I was involved in real estate in Marine Park. They always worked hard. That is all I can say.
