    Looks like the Williamsburgh Bridge in the late 80′s.

    from what i know its an old sanitation bridge from when the island was a dumpsite and it burned down a long time ago… from what my mother tells me she and her friends used to jump off of that bridge for some summer fun

    we used to water ski through the center doing 40 where that pipe now hangs.Many years of good times.
