Even if the trash was picked up and the graffiti removed, it would still suck. Whoever built the skatepark had no idea what they were doing, and I hope that they are not continuing to build these shitty parks in other places. The yellow concrete ramp in the back of the park is lopsided and not flush with the ground at the bottom. The rail in the back is designed so that after you skate it, you roll right into the grass. There is absolutely no way to maintain a flow at the park. Or perhaps it is parents that don't care enough about what there kids are doing at night? I've got it now!!! It must be an entire community of people of all ages that JUST DON'T CARE about how my tax dollars are spent. If they did some reasonable minded person who lived there would surly call ACS on the alcoholic parent of one of these feral children run amuck. No? ...OK, it must be that the homes there are so far apart, that there are HUGE tracts of land in-between you and your neighbor over there and don't already know everybody else's business. Looks like just another drinking spot to me for young and old alike only with fancy expensive ramps. Wow what a waste! Guess I will have to take up skating again and pay a visit. I'll be sure to bring a broom and pick up after myself even if you people don't care if I litter. Hell here is an idea...I may even pick up a can or bottle or two that I did not even bring in. Also I will be sure to make sure my dog has all of his shots updated in case he is bitten by one of your feral kids when we visit The Village Of The Damned! This is a public park and we as a community must make these suggestion so that we can get funding to make our neighborhood park a better place for children of all ages.
