Hey who wouldn’t want a $600,000.00 unit located on pituresque Knapp street 1 block from burger king, sanitation trucks & the SEWER PLANT. And you get that BEAUTIFUL creek water on the eastern shore

on the positive side, the storage place is next door you wont have to travel to get to the stuff you definately wont have room for in your $600,000.00 unit

Now - THAT’S funny and so true!
How freakin’ big are these units anyway? Is the square footage listed? I gotta check this a-hole’s site again.

all of these “ultra-luxury” pencil-boxes are normally within 1100 sq.ft. range for a three-bedroom unit.

NYC Broker and Local Broker:
I pray you are both right. I wish his dreams to flush down the toilet - and end up right down the street from his luxury condo’s.

maybe they should pass an ordinance preventing more building until some of the properties already built sell. How many units have been sold on Emmons Ave? It will be really sad to have so many empty properties.
I remember in the 70’s being out near fire island in shirley & seeing all the foreclosed homes just rotting.
It is sad

Who would be willing to plop down $600,000 to live a block and a half away from a sewage treatment plant. Imagine this: It’s a warm Thanksgiving and you’ve opened the windows a bit to air out the house. Your family sits down to enjoy the fruits of your labor and BAM! you smell fresh roast poop. If you are down wind when they open those vents it is absolutely disgusting.
