My landlady did not like me because I bought a tiny laundry machine and offered to leave. I agreed, but she wanted me to leave before the paid month end and I did not want it. Then she threated me to complain to police that I sexually harassed her 2 yo daughter and I went to 61 precinct to fill my complain about her threats. While I was filling the landlady arrived there too and police officer told me that I should not fill the complaint, because he can see that she is laing and I have nothing to worry about and have to go home and he is going to set her home too. I was so naive that decided to cooperate and went home without finishing the complaint. Few days later a received a letter from Child Protective Services that landlady has filled a complaint about me with them. As I understand that PO suggested her their website. The letter says that they will conduct investigation and if they found me guilty then my name will be stored in their database and if not then my name will be stored there anyway. After that she continued to harass me , like blocked my way home and I had to call police, and every time they arrived she had showed them the letter (she's got a copy of it too) to police, and they did not want to listen to me and threated with arrest. It sounds like misdemeanor OGA would have been a perfectly suitable charge as well. Gene was only given a C summons, it would have been nice to see him get the OGA and a summary arrest and remain locked up until arraignment. The Lt. was obviously feeling benovolent, Gene should thank him for not having to spend the night in lock-up. I wonder what resa would have done to save the life of the kid who was murdered, Oh that's right resa is more concerned about the kid's feeling's being hurt because the kid would not be allowed on the beach for a day, I wonder what happens when it rains.
