Yes, the people were very nice. It was a great place if you needed something last minute. Brennan’s is OVER priced.

It’s a shame to see that Deli close. As the caption said, a deli by many names, but we all know the most popular name was the unpolitically correct “The Gooks”. Don’t blame me, I’m just telling it like it is. It was also called Mama Zam’s and anyone who knows that name also knows that for many years it was THE place for teens to buy their beer. Where the hell are they gonna get their suds now??

Nice concept that the sammich shop had with the counter, etc, but no, I’d like to see a real deli open. One that sliced the cold cuts in front of you and had actual boars head products.

It was Tim’s and then Mamasan’s (of course that was a term given by patrons due to the Korean owners.) After they sold the place it never held up.
