Joseph Jirovec, 19, had pleaded guilty to the earlier racially motivated robbery of black teens in return for a six-month sentence, but his latest exploits on a Brooklyn Q train breached the deal.
Jirovec, who posed with a handgun pointed to the head of his girlfriend Kimberly Babajko in their Facebook and MySpace Web pages, wasn’t playing the tough guy act yesterday in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
“I want to be a good person. I’m begging for your mercy, please, ’cause I don’t want to be like this. And the people I’m around in jail is not helping that. I don’t want to do this anymore,” he told Supreme Court Justice Danny Chun.
The judge brushed aside the apology for breaking the deal and slapped Jirovec with 1-1/2 years to 4-1/2 years in prison.
A grand jury is considering hate crime charges in the Dec. 7 attack.
This animal needs to be penned up. He’s a twolegged pitbull. Of course, sending him to prison will put him in with the Aryan Nation skinheads who will deepen and sharpen his racism and violent nature. But what do we have as an alternative? Ship him to Madagascar!

I just think your all idiots. You don’t even know the facts! He’s one of your own kids from Gerritsen Beach! The son of a fire fighter! Great family with some troubles yes, but it surprises me that people who come from the beach are so critical of him. Maybe some of you don’t know this, but those young black boys who came to the beach that day were not “lost on their way home”, which was their allegation. They knew perfectly well the way home from Marine Park (where they were allegedly playing basketball) to East Flatbush, as many kids make that way home everyday! So, don’t tell me they didn’t know that they weren’t looking for trouble. They were actually robbing kids in the beach. YES! DON’T FOOL YOURSELVES! Learn every side of the story and protect your children from thugs and the drugs coming in and out of that neighborhood! I know, I lived there for 7 years on Noel Ave. Joseph Jirovec should have been a hero that day for protecting his neighborhood. Instead, you let these thugs come in and make you all look like fools. Letting these no good Bloombergs penetrate your neighborhood, and making up words such a hate crime to give the beach a bad name. THE WHOLE POINT IS FOR THEM TO COME IN AND RUIN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND TAKE AWAY ALL OF ITS CHARM. You should stand up for yourselves and don’t let them bulldoze you with their media crap. Why do you think they came in and started painting new roads? You know the real reason? They want you ALL TO KNOW THAT THE CITY OF BLOOMBERG IS HERE! One day soon there needs to be some recognition of the fact that the very Jews, that Jervoic (who is half jewish) attacked lobbied very hard to keep all the Gerritsen beach kids out of prison, and that Joseph But Joseph didn’t go to jail because ‘the Jews run the media.’ He went to jail because he was involved in two bias crimes. And I, EMT Walter Adler (a half Russian Jew, half Irish Catholic via my mother) now with the FDNY for 3 years, forgive Joseph publically and via whatever other channels are open.
