So as it turns out all of the 31 summonses that were handed to the kids for wrestling back weeds out were all thrown out by a judge.
There were two separate court dates on the 5th and the majority of the cases took place on January 10th. From what the IBW is saying the judge ruled that the Parks Dept had issued the summonses Illegally, the IBW hadn’t broken any laws, and the there was a lack of signs posted.
This time, perhaps learning a lesson, the IBW and its members didn’t post any paper work on the internet for me to grab. Trust me if its out there I would of found it, Between Google searches and manipulating HTML in myspace I would of found it.
The rather large response from the Parks department in shutting these kids down it seems like overkill if they knew these summonses were going to be thrown out.

I agree that I can make up whatever I want, but guess what I dont. What would be the point in that. I did delete your comments before, they were nonconstructive and just plain stupid.
Just so every one else knows what this guy comment was: “this is all a lie”. That was it. Usually people older than 5 dont just say liar, liar pants on fire without backing it up.
So im thinking about how you could possibly know anything about this…. and all I can come up with is that your a park ranger. Who stays a ranger anyway…its a jumping off job , to find other jobs.
Well, i am sorry to say that this story is not completely true. Not all 31 Summons’ were thrown out, quite a few of us paid them, myself being one of the ones who paid. For those who did go to court, yes their summons’ were thrown out in court, but, later on many if not all recieved new summons’ with different charges.

nope , there were no amended charges that I know of and no one that was in the court room that day has ever said there was as far as I know, But I will check with pyro and sex monkey to make sure . It is my understanding that once a ticket is issued it can’t be changed and that only a da can bring charges or amend charges , but I maybe wrong . I’m wondering , after all this time why is lilly stirring the pot .We all had our 15 min of fame , some of us went to court and won our fight . The park dept got ibw to stop wrestling in the park . Everyone who lives down here as moved on .Why after all this time bring it back up ? Please stop beating a dead horse . that battle is over . Joe
