According your plan that 1600 sheepshead Bay Rd. and 1501 Voorhie Avenue were sold to Acadia Realty Trust. When will the Shopping Center build? And while building the Shopping Center, can the stores next to 1600 sheepshead bay rd, and 1501 voorhie avenue be opened?
