Neck Road and Avenue U Stations Update
Starting in the spring of 2008, the MTA estimates that for 11 months after work begins, all local southbound traffic will travel express between Kings Highway and Sheepshead Bay Rd, so riders at the affected stops will have to get off at Sheepshead Bay Rd. and travel northbound to reach their stop. A shuttle will be provided between Avenue U and Kings highway to lighten any delays for passengers.

I believe that this will make the Avenue U and Neck Road stations wheelchair accessible.
