It never ends….
A notice went out for a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday December 2nd, days before their election is to be held on Wednesday. The Agenda is to discuss paying for a lawyer against imminent litigation by Dr. Biondo and the impeachment of Dr. Biondo.
Dr. Ron is going to go to court to stop his group from holding elections unless 67 new members are allowed to vote in Wednesdays election.
This isn’t anything too major…yet. There will be more to come on from Wednesday meeting. How come our local politics cant be this interesting.

Ok so last night there was supposed to be some meeting where maybe Ron was going to be impeached.
Keep in mind that any impechment proceedings are supposed to be served to the person in question via certified mail and a meeting shall be no less than 10 days after such time. (Judy and Olli Klapper at there finest).
Anyway so last night’s so called board of directors meeting was most unusual. First off letters were sent to three members to not show up. THose three were ROn Biondo Alan Smaldone and >>>>>.
Of the Three only Alan did in fact show. At this point the meeting broke into Chaos! Including Ira Zalchman running out of the room.
What made IRa run you ask? Well it seems Alan Smaldone asked one pointed question that made him need to go and quickly. THe question you ask. Well Alan wanted to know why Ira Zalchman had a secret meeting on AUgust 30th with Arthur Gershfeld to discuss him running for President and to possibly reach a comprimise on the zoning matter.
I guess rather then defend himself Ira felt it more appropriate to run. Now that is leadership. As they say if you can not take the heat then get of the kitchen.
Inother news the Judge is supposed to make a ruling today on the injunction. Unfortuneatley look for things to drag on since Sherri THaler (not sure of spelling) issued a sworn statement to the court saying dues have never been accepted after June 1st. Now the questionof perjury comes nto play since records of the group clearly indicate otherwise.
I guess Sherri took bad advice from Judy since thjey did not notice what happens when one perjures themselve. If you are unsure go ask Martha Stewart and Barryn Bonds. No fish to big or to small for the court system to fry.
Gonna be fun tomorrow night.

Hey GB.Net you kucklehead it seems to me that the comments have dried up here a little bit.
If this is true you should do something about outing an anonymous comment poster, maybe something will help bring back the good comments, and yes even those that are stupid but laughable.
I mean so what the guy applauded himself, you betrayed a trust to show that you never liked some folks in MB and wanted to grind a hatchet.

Betrayed a trust to anonymous MB commenter’s? After the way I was respected at a MB public civic meeting I have no reason to like them with respect. Especially anonymous commenters.
I should be ashamed for not being a journalist? Who ever said I was a journalist?
I’m pretty sure no one is commenting because this is hyper local issue.
To be honest everyone here is acting like a bunch of babies who have never used the Internet before. These people use the net to hide behind the veil of anonymity. Some probably should others should just should come out. I don’t have “dog in the fight” but I do have a voice. Personally, I think Condo’s and the such should not be in Manhattan Beach. People looking to do this (and we all know there are people looking to do this) are looking for a short term gain in the neighborhood. Whereas, they are not looking for the long term interest of the community. Condos and the such will bring, in the long term, property value down compared to the fact if they were not in the community. Let us think long term!
