Saw it today. With a full tarp and walls. Looks like a weekend mariner decided to create his own floating deck at south end of mow mow island. It actually had table, chairs , and stereo

The barge was there as aq base for the Wounded Warriors water ski program. The event was hosted by the Rockaway Pt. Y.C. and included sailing, water skiing, fishing and scuba. Hundreds o0f volunteers participated on 13, 14, 15 and 16 July. This was the third year, better than ever with more than 40 veterans from Walter Reed attending.

the dock part was just folating around for days and some kids ( most of them from marine park ) put a gazibo on it with was in the garbage off lois ave. ( i was gona take it, they beat me 2 it ) the wrestlers had nothing to do with this, or anything the home owner keep blaming them for.
