I think you're going to be disappointed. In many parts of the country, Cold Stone's are closing in droves. The reasons are pretty simple (I have an acquaintance who had one here, and it almost bankrupted her). 1. The base product just isn't very good, it's gummy and not high-butterfat like the competitors. 2. The "mix-in" idea is faddish, and after people have been to a Cold Stone a few times for this very expensive ice cream, they discover that every time they order the concoction is different. While the Burger King-invented idea of "have it your way" sounds good on paper, the reality is that people prefer a properly formulated and manufactured flavor like those done by Baskin Robbins or Ben & Jerry's. 3. For the store owners, all this ice cream manipulation and "floor show" makes labor costs much higher than their competitors. This place will be closed in 18 months, guaranteed.
